The Tail of many Scouts...

A pictorial retelling of my short history of Scout ownership.

It all started in September of 1998 with a 1972 Scout II

The I moved to Minnesota and bought my 1st parts Scout...

A 1977 VERY RUSTY Traveler

The I bought another:

A Rusty 1975 Scout II

And another:

A 1973 Scout II Half Cab (It survived and was resold as a complete truck)

Then I stopped buying parts Scouts for a while and moved back to Oregon with only the original '72 Scout in much different shape:

Then I started buying parts Scouts again...

A 1977 Scout II (No picture remains of the complete vehicle...)

And another:

A 1974 Scout II - nicknamed the Swamp Thing.

And yet still more Scouts came my way:

A 1972 Scout II (Formerly the IHSTO Club Scout - no photo remains of the entire vehicle)

A 1977 Scout Terra

And now I still have only one vehicle which I still call my original 1972 Scout II - with parts from every vehicle above except  the white half cab.

And parts from many other Scouts and Chevy's, and Ford's, and even a Dodge...
